The Board of Directors of Italmobiliare met today and resolved to confirm the participation of Italmobiliare in the Shareholders’ Agreement (‘Patto’) of Mediobanca. Italmobiliare will keep 1% of the share capital of the Bank syndicated to the Agreement out of the 1,56% of Mediobanca’s share capital actually held by the company.
