The ways in which the website is managed, in terms of how the personal data of users who consult it are processed, are explained below.

The information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2017/679 "Protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data" (hereinafter "GDPR” for General Data Protection Regulation).

1. Data Controller

The data controller is Italmobiliare S.p.A., with registered office in Via Borgonuovo, 20 - 20121 Milan (MI) - ITALY (hereinafter the "Controller”).

2. Type of data processed

Browsing data

During normal operations, the IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. 

This type of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, addresses in URI/URL notation (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

The site uses cookies as better specified in the Cookie Policy.

Data provided by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is needed to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the communication (such as name, surname, telephone number and curriculum vitae).

4. Purpose and legal basis of data processing

Without prejudice to what was said above about browsing data, the personal data provided by users through the site are processed for the following purposes:

a) to allow the performance of operations strictly connected and instrumental to the management of relationships with users, such as handling and responding to communications received at the e-mail addresses indicated on the website;

b) to allow the fulfilment of obligations established by laws, local regulations and EU regulations, or provisions issued by authorities legitimated by law and by supervisory and control bodies;

c) for purposes of statistical research/analysis on aggregated or anonymous data, so without the possibility of identifying the user, to measure the workings of the site and its operational functions, including the resolution of any technical probl

The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in point a) is the provision of a service or the response to a request, which do not require the consent of the users, under the applicable legislation.

As regards the purpose referred to in point b), the legal basis of the processing is to fulfil legal obligations, while the purpose referred to in point c) does not involve the processing of personal data.

7. Data recipients

The data being processed may be disclosed to the following categories:

  • staff of Italmobiliare S.p.A., expressly authorised to process data;

Italmobiliare S.p.A. does not transfer data to non-EU countries.

8. Conservation times

For requests for information on the Company or the Group, the data provided by the persons concerned will be kept by the Company for the time necessary to respond to such requests.

For job applications (curriculum vitae), personal data will be kept for 24 months.

10. Rights of persons concerned

Under the applicable legislation, you can:

  • ask the Data Controller to access your personal data and correct or cancel them or limit how they are processed;
  • oppose the processing of your personal data;
  • exercise the right to data portability;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
