Clessidra Group is an independent platform focused on the Italian alternative investment market, providing small and medium-sized enterprises with financial resources, specialist expertise and a strong commitment to ESG integration, with the aim of generating sustainable and increasing value for its investors. Established in 2003 as an asset management company operating in private equity, the Group has pursued a strategy of growth and diversification following its acquisition by Italmobiliare. Today, Clessidra Group employs more than 100 people and operates through a holding company and three specialised entities, each with its own operational autonomy: Clessidra Private Equity SGR, Clessidra Capital Credit SGR and Clessidra Factoring.
