CDS-Casa della Salute is inaugurating a new outpatient clinic in Nichelino (Turin), bringing the number of polyclinicsin Piedmont to 11 and the Group’s total to 39.

Covering an area of 900 square meters, the facility has been completely renovated in accordance with energy-efficiency standards thanks to the presence of a BMS (Building Management System), a digital building-management infrastructure that increases the operational efficiency of the building while reducing energy consumption.

“The Nichelino facility, for which we have hired 11 local employees, is part of CDS’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the province of Turin, an area where we are already active with the Vinovo site and where we will continue to invest,” comments Marco Fertonani, CEO of CDS–Casa della Salute. “We have launched two additional construction projects in the regional capital, which will open in 2026.”
