Milan, July 15, 2025 – Italmobiliare S.p.A. (Italmobiliare or the Company) announces that under the treasury share buyback program (the Program) resolved by the shareholders' meeting on April 17, 2025, announced on June 30, 2025 and launched on July 3, 2025, from July 8, 2025 to July 14, 2025, a total of 17,790 shares, equal to 0.042% of the issued share capital, were purchased on Euronext STAR Milan – Borsa Italiana at an average price per share of euro 27.6239 and for a total countervalue of 491,428.35 euro.
On the basis of the information provided by the intermediary in charge of implementing the Program in full independence, the details of the transactions on a daily basis are given below.
Following the transactions carried out, as of July 14, 2025 Italmobiliare holds 240,060 treasury shares, equal to 0.565% of the share capital.
