Milan, September 22, 2025 – Italmobiliare S.p.A. (Italmobiliare or the Company) announces that under the treasury share buyback program (the Program) carried out according to the resolution taken by the shareholders' meeting on April 17, 2025, announced on June 30, 2025 and launched on July 3, 2025, from September 15, 2025 to September 19, 2025, a total of 22,740 shares, equal to 0.054% of the issued share capital, were purchased on Euronext STAR Milan - Borsa Italiana at an average price per share of euro 29.8406 and for a total countervalue of 678,576.05 euro.
On the basis of the information provided by the intermediary in charge of implementing the Program in full independence, the details of the transactions on a daily basis in aggregated form are given below.
Following the transactions carried out, as of September 19, 2025 Italmobiliare holds 392,475 treasury shares, equal to 0.923% of the share capital.
