Milan, September 15, 2025 – Italmobiliare S.p.A. (Italmobiliare or the Company) announces that under the treasury share buyback program (the Program) carried out according to resolution taken by the shareholders' meeting on April 17, 2025, announced on June 30, 2025 and launched on July 3, 2025, from September 8, 2025 to September 12, 2025, a total of 17,251 shares, equal to 0.041% of the issued share capital, were purchased on Euronext STAR Milan - Borsa Italiana at an average price per share of euro 28.9651 and for a total countervalue of 499,677.05 euro.
On the basis of the information provided by the intermediary in charge of implementing the Program in full independence, the details of the transactions on a daily basis in aggregated form are given below.
Following the transactions carried out, as of September 12, 2025 Italmobiliare holds 369,735 treasury shares, equal to 0.870% of the share capital.
