Milan, July 29, 2025 – Italmobiliare S.p.A. (Italmobiliare or the Company) announces that under the treasury share buyback program (the Program) authorised by the shareholders' meeting on April 17, 2025, announced on June 30, 2025 and launched on July 3, 2025, from July 22, 2025 to July 28, 2025, a total of 15,036 shares, equal to 0.035% of the issued share capital, were purchased on Euronext STAR Milan – Borsa Italiana at an average price per share of euro 28.6659 and for a total countervalue of 431,020.25 euro.
On the basis of the information provided by the intermediary in charge of implementing the Program in full independence, the details of the transactions on a daily basis in aggregate form are given below.
Following the transactions carried out, as of July 28, 2025 Italmobiliare holds 275,307 treasury shares, equal to 0.648% of the share capital.
