Milan, September 16, 2019 – Italmobiliare, listed on the MTA market of the Italian Stock Exchange, announces that today Borsa Italiana, with notice n. 8589, authorized the listing of Italmobiliare ordinary shares on STAR segment as per Italmobiliare request submitted on September 12, 2019.
Starting from September 24, 2019 Italmobiliare shares will be included on STAR segment.
Italmobiliare appointed Kepler Cheuvreux as Specialist.
