Further to the Board of Directors’ meeting resolution on the date hereof and upon request of the Common Representative of the Savings shareholders, also rectifying the press release published on the date hereof, Italmobiliare S.p.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company will be held on August 4, 2016 at 11.00 a.m. on single call and the Special Savings Shareholders Meeeting of the Company will be held on the same day August 4, 2016 at 4 p.m., as per the notices of call published today and available on the Company’s web site, at www.italmobiliare.it, under section Investor/Extraordinary transaction.
