With reference to the Share capital increase of RCS MediaGroup S.p.A., Italmobiliare S.p.A., also on behalf of its relative majority shareholder Efiparind B.V., informs, upon request of Consob, that it exercised n. 2.699.056 option rights among the overall n. 8.153.495 options granted with respect to the captioned share capital increase, by virtue of the equal number of ordinary shares held.
At the end of the subscription procedure, the percentage held by Italmobiliare S.p.A. will be equal to 3.7469 % of the ordinary share capital of the Company which corresponds to 3.0042 % of the fully diluted RCS MediaGroup share capital.
