Milan, July 27, 2021 – Italmobiliare S.p.A. would like to announce that Marinella Soldi an independent director elected from the majority slate presented by Compagnia Fiduciaria Nazionale during the Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 21st, 2020- resigned today from the Company’s Board of Directors following her appointment as new Chairperson of the Rai (Radiotelevisione Italiana SpA) Board of Directors.
The Chairperson and the Chief Executive Officer of Italmobiliare wish to thank Marinella Soldi for her work and her valuable contribution as independent director and as Chairperson of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee during this period and offer their very best wishes at the start of her important mandate.
The director will be replaced by the Board of Directors in accordance with the law and the Company’s by-laws.
