Milan, August 16, 2019 - Italmobiliare has executed the sale to Cinven of the stake held in Jaggaer, a company operating in the eProcurement and spend management solutions sector. The transaction values the participation of Italmobiliare over 100 million US dollar.
Italmobiliare sold its stake in BravoSolution to Jaggaer at the end of 2017, investing as part of the transaction around 35 million euro in the US company, thus becoming shareholder with a 9.5% share of Jaggaer capital.
