Italmobiliare finalized today the agreement - announced last November 15, 2018 – for the acquisition of an interest in the Autogas group, which contextually completed the acquisition of Lampogas.
Italmobiliare, which invested in the operation 60 million euro, is the new shareholder (about 27% of share capital) of a group with a global turnover of about 500 million euro.
With the purchase of Lampogas, the Autogas group significantly strengthens its presence in the national LPG distribution market along with a rapid expansion in the global energy sector.
