Milan, 27 February 2018 – Following the press release issued on 26 February 2018, Italmobiliare S.p.A. hereby informs that the deed of merger by way of incorporation into Italmobiliare SpA of the wholly controlled subsidiary Franco Tosi Srl executed on 26 February 2018 has been filed today with the Company Register in Milan.
The merger will have legal effects starting as from today, while accounting and tax effects retroactively started as from 1 January 2018.
