Milan, April 21, 2021 - The shareholders’ meeting of Italmobiliare S.p.A. held on April 21, 2021 in Milan, approved the distribution, for each share entitled, of a dividend of Euro 0.65, gross of the withholdings required by law. The dividend will be paid on May 5, 2021. Shares will be traded ex dividend on May 3, coupon no. 4, the record date will be May 4.
As required by current regulations, shareholders whose shares have not yet been dematerialized shall previously present their shares to an “Intermediary” for introduction into the centralized dematerialization management system.
