The shareholders’ meeting of Italmobiliare S.p.A. held on April 17, 2019 in Milan, approved the distribution of a gross dividend for the financial year 2018 of 0.55 euro to each share.
The dividend payment date will be May 8, 2019. Shares will be traded ex dividend on May 6, the record date will be May 7. As required by current regulations, shareholders whose shares have not yet been dematerialized shall previously present their shares to an “Intermediary” for introduction into the centralized dematerialization management system.
