Milan, April 13, 2026 – Italmobiliare S.p.A. (Italmobiliare or the Company) announces that under the treasury share buyback program (the Program) carried out according to the resolution taken by the shareholders' meeting on April 17, 2025, announced on March 11, 2026 and launched on March 16, 2026, from April 7, 2026 to April 10, 2026, a total of 9,000 shares, equal to 0.021% of the issued share capital, were purchased on Euronext STAR Milan - Borsa Italiana at an average price per share of euro 28.4970 and for a total countervalue of 256,472.75 euro.
On the basis of the information provided by the intermediary in charge of implementing the Program in full independence, the details of the transactions on a daily basis in aggregated form are given below.
Following the transactions carried out, as of April 10, 2026 Italmobiliare holds 472,321 treasury shares, equal to 1.111% of the share capital.
