Jaggaer

Jaggaer was born in 1995 from the revolutionary idea of four young friends: “let’s throw out physical product catalogs and put the information online”.

In 2017, the US company, originally known as SciQuest, was renamed Jaggaer and acquired BravoSolution from Italmobiliare. As part of the agreement, Italmobiliare reinvested in Jaggaer by subscribing to approximately 35 million euros in shares, with a 9.5% minority interest. This interest was subsequently sold to Cinven, a private equity company based in the United Kingdom, majority shareholder of Jaggaer.
