Italmobiliare S.p.A. hereby announces the purchase of no. 98,369 treasury savings shares at an average price of 35.2624 Euro per share for a total amount of 3,468,726.84 Euro in the period from 22 August to August 26, 2016 inclusive, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting on April 21, 2016 (previously disclosed as per art. 144-bis of Consob Issuers Regulation no. 11971/1999).
