Milan, July 12, 2013 – As a result of take-up of the Mittel Voluntary Public Exchange Offer, all 8,790,702 Mittel S.p.A. shares held by Italmobiliare S.p.A. were tendered for the offer. Consequently, Italmobiliare today received an equal number of ‘Mittel S.p.A. 2013 – 2019’ bonds with a 6% nominal gross fixed coupon.
The aggregate value of the bonds arising from the PEO is 15,383,728.50 euro.
