Personal data relating to your work and the company you belong to will also be processed for statistical purposes in order to create communications that are likely to be of interest to the entire audience. The legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to disseminate relevant news and information on the Company and the Italmobiliare Group. Data retention
Your personal data will be processed for sending newsletters and for statistical purposes until you object to receiving the newsletter by writing to the email address gdpr@italmobiliare.it or by using the unsubscribe link at the foot of the newsletter.
Provision of data and the consequences of any refusal
The provision of your personal data for sending the newsletter is optional; however, if you do not provide your email address, the Controller will not be able to send you the newsletter.
The provision of your personal data for statistical purposes is optional, failure to provide data does not compromise your ability to subscribe to the newsletter.
Categories of recipients
Your personal data may be shared with the following recipients for the purpose explained above:
- subjects who typically act as data controllers, i.e. people or companies appointed by the Data Controller to send out the newsletter;
- persons authorised by the Data Controller to process personal data needed to carry out activities strictly related to sending out the newsletter or exercising your rights under privacy legislation, who are committed to confidentiality or who have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality;

Transfer of data to third countries
Transfer of data outside the European Union is excluded; if during the course of processing it should become necessary to make such data transfer, it will be the Data Controller's responsibility to act in compliance with art. 44 et seq. of EU Reg. 679/2016.
Rights of interested parties
You are granted the rights referred to in articles 15 et seq. of the EU Reg. 679/2016, including the right of access, rectification, portability, objection, cancellation and limitation. These rights may be exercised by writing to the following email address gdpr@italmobiliare.it, or by writing to the address of the Data Controller's office. If you find that your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Italy Italian Data Protection Authority) pursuant to art. 77 of EU Reg. 679/2016. This does not affect your right to appeal directly to the judicial authorities.
Right of opposition
Pursuant to art. 21 para. 1 of the GDPR, for processing based on legitimate interest, you are granted the right of objection which can be exercised by writing to gdpr@italmobiliare.it; by writing to this address you will no longer receive the newsletter from the Data Controller and you can also object to processing for statistical purposes. Furthermore, to unsubscribe from the newsletter you can also click at any time on the "unsubscribe" link at the foot of each of the communications you receive.
