The CRF Fund further expands the Clessidra’s business scope into UTP bank credits segment.

The Clessidra Restructuring Fund (CRF) includes two compartments dedicated respectively to the credit component and the new finance component. The credit compartment features receivables sold by 11 banking and financial groups to 14 Italian companies. Italmobiliare’s commitment amounts to 17 million Euro.
