Corporate purpose
The corporate purpose is to acquire and dispose of companies and enterprises, whatever their location, and to carry out all types of financial operations. The Company may also carry out equity, real estate and credit operations and, in general, all commercial, industrial and financial operations deemed to be necessary to achieve the corporate objectives.

Italmobiliare is a financial holding company with investments in companies operating in a variety of different sectors both in Italy and abroad
The shares (ordinary and savings shares) constituting the share capital of Italmobiliare are quoted on the Milan Stock Exchange.

The current structure of the Investment Portfolio is as follows:

·          steady majority in the ordinary capital of Italcementi S.p.A., the parent company of a world leading group in the cement and construction materials sector;

·          controlling shareholding in the food packaging and in the thermal insulation business (Gruppo Sirap Gema);

·          significant investments mainly in the financial, banking and publishing sectors.
