With the adoption of the Organization, Management and Control Model, ITALMOBILIARE S.p.A. intends to comply with the principles underpinning Italian Leg. Decree 231/01 and to fully implement it, as well as to make its Control and Corporate Governance systems more effective, in particular in preventing the commission of offences involving liability pursuant to and for the purposes of the law.
The Model sets as its main purpose that of creating a structured and comprehensive system of prevention procedures and control measures, aimed at preventing, as far as possible, conduct that may lead to the crimes listed in the Decree, as well as measures to improve efficiency in performing activities in full compliance with the laws and regulations, promptly identifying and eliminating risky situations.
